Opening in late October 2026, the Grand Regent Ballroom at Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood combines contemporary design, natural light and an open, pillarless floorplan. Designed to transition seamlessly from corporate daytime events to elevated evening celebrations, the space offers a sophisticated setting for a wide range of occasions.
The ballroom can be configured as one expansive space or divided into The Grand Room and The Regent Room, providing flexibility for conferences, gala dinners, product launches, weddings, exhibitions and social celebrations.
With integrated AV technology and lighting, tailored catering and dedicated event support, our Meetings & Events team brings every element together to create a seamless experience from planning to final guest departure.

Together, The Regal and The Ritz can accommodate up to 70 guests for cocktail-style events or 36 delegates in a classroom setup. Flexible configurations provide a practical and contemporary environment for team workshops, strategy sessions, presentations, training and networking events.
