Opening in late October 2026, the Grand Regent Ballroom at Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood combines contemporary design, abundant natural light and a versatile layout. Designed to transition seamlessly from corporate daytime events to elegant evening celebrations, the space offers a sophisticated setting for a wide range of occasions.
The ballroom can be configured as one expansive space or divided into The Grand Room and The Regent Room, providing flexibility for conferences, gala dinners, product launches, weddings, exhibitions, awards nights and social celebrations.
With integrated AV technology and lighting, tailored catering and dedicated event support, our Meetings & Events team brings every element together to create a seamless experience from planning through to the final guest departure.
