A Rooftop Countdown at SKYE Bar & Lounge
Ring in 2027 on the Level 11 rooftop of Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood
Wednesday 31 December 2026 · From 9pm · A$149 per person
Skip the city crowds and celebrate New Year’s Eve in Burwood, high above the skyline at SKYE Bar & Lounge. Gather your favourite people, settle into the rooftop atmosphere and let live entertainment set the mood from the moment you arrive.
Throughout the night, enjoy roving canapés such as Sydney rock oysters, salmon tartlets with wasabi, truffled mushroom arancini and caramelised onion and goat’s cheese croquettes, finished with assorted macarons. As midnight approaches, raise a glass of sparkling wine and watch Sydney’s fireworks light up the horizon as the new year begins.
